A ROAD in Droitwich has closed after a car became stranded in floodwater.
The incident happened at Shell Ford, leading to the closure of Earl’s Common Road.
The highway was shut by West Mercia Police and officers have urged motorists to take care and drive safely in today’s very poor weather conditions.
Drivers who would usually use Earl’s Common Road and Shell Ford are advised to find alternative routes.
